                        伺服電動缸代替注塑機械手中的氣缸

                          注塑機械手的組成一般由執行系統、驅動系統、控制系統等組成。執行和驅動系統主要是為了完成手臂的正常功能而設計,通過氣動或電機來驅動機械部件的運轉,達到取物的功能。隨著機械手應用的逐漸加深,現在放嵌件、剪切產品膠口和簡單裝配。

                        伺服電動缸代替注塑機械手中的氣缸

                          電氣驅動式

                          電動缸驅動是機械手使用得最多的一種驅動方式。其特點是電源方便,響應快,驅動力較大(關節型的持重已達400kg),信號檢測、傳動、處理方便,并可采用多種靈活的控制方案。驅動電機一般采用步進電機,直流伺服電機(AC)為主要的驅動方式。由于電機速度高,通常須采用減速機構(如諧波傳動、RV擺線針輪傳動、齒輪傳動、螺旋傳動和多桿機構等)。有此機械手已開始采用無減速機構的大轉矩、低轉速電機進行直接驅動(DD)這既可使機構簡化,又可提高控制精度。
